Acceptable Use Policy

Definitions
In this document, the following words have these meanings:
- "Ozot", "We", "Us", "Our" means Ozot (ABN 57 619 004 009).
- "You", "Your", "Customer(s)", or "User(s)" means a Subscriber to the Service(s).
- "Sub-User(s)" means a user of the Subscriber's local area network who is not the Subscriber.
- "Service(s)", "Subscription(s)" means any product or service the Customer has ordered for use.
- "TaC" means the Terms and Conditions.
- "SLA" means the Service Level Agreement.
- "AUP" means this Acceptable Use Policy.
- "Agreement(s)" means the TaC, SLA, AUP, and Privacy Policy, collectively.
- "Website" means ozot.com.au.
Law
As a Subscriber to our Service(s), you must comply with Australian law when using our Service(s). Users and Sub-Users are solely responsible for complying with Australian law and for any unlawful or incriminating use of our Service(s).
Spamming
Subscribers must not send unsolicited bulk messages over the internet, and must comply with all relevant legislation governing bulk and commercial email, including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Unauthorised Access
You must not access, or attempt to access, computers, accounts, or networks belonging to another party without authorisation, or attempt to penetrate the security measures of another party's systems.
You must not access, or attempt to access, our equipment installed at your premises without authorisation. This includes physically accessing our equipment, connecting to it remotely, or using vulnerabilities or exploits to gain access.
Harmful Distribution
You must not distribute information relating to the creation or transmission of internet worms, viruses, or trojan horses, or engage in flooding, email-bombing, or denial-of-service attacks. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the ability of Ozot, or any other Subscriber, to effectively use our network, systems, Service(s), or equipment.
Infringement
You must not use our Service(s) to transmit material that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party. This includes the unauthorised copying or distribution of copyrighted material, such as the digitisation and distribution of photographs from magazines or books, and the unauthorised transmission of copyrighted software.
Sensitive Data
Using our Service(s) to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about a third party without their knowledge or consent is a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Accountability
Subscribers are solely responsible and accountable for any activity conducted using their account, including activity by third parties, that violates this Acceptable Use Policy.
