Once your house has been remotely upgraded from the Telstra Velocity to Opticomm fibre access network your existing Home Router/Modem will automatically connect to our internet.
4.
You are now connected to our internet.
*If you order a greater than 50Mbps internet plan and your house has an OUTDOOR Telstra Velocity NTD then AFTER the Telstra Velocity to Opticomm fibre access network upgrade we will work with you to schedule an Opticomm technician appointment to physically upgrade your NTD so you can achieve the greater than 50Mbps internet plans.
