Our Main Quest

Our main quest is to provide the lowest ping to LoL, Dota 2, CS:GO, Valorant, WoW, Rainbow Six Siege, Teamfight Tactics, Hearthstone, Overwatch, Rocket League, and Starcraft II game servers around the world. We currently achieve the lowest ping to these AU game servers by using the lowest latency cable Perth <-> Sydney (41ms). In the future, we will achieve the lowest ping to these US, EU, and KR game servers by using the lowest latency subsea cables and routes.

Our Side Quest

Our side quest is to provide the most stable ping to a whole bunch of different games. This will mean you won't get ping fluctuations or packet loss (shuttering) while in games. We currently achieve the most stable ping if someone in your house is maxing out the Internet connection to your house since we QoS prioritise sending game traffic over all other Download traffic to you. In the future, when we onboard directly with NBN we will be able to QoS prioritise game traffic during NBN CVC congestion to provide the most stable ping even during NBN CVC congestion.

How we provide the lowest ping:

Using the lowest latency cables and routes:

How we provide the most stable ping:

- Using QoS to prioritise sending game traffic over all other Download traffic to you

- Using QoS to prioritise game traffic over all other traffic on our L2 NBN Aggregation, Backhaul, and IP Transit links.

- On boarding directly with NBN and QoS prioritisng game traffic during NBN CVC congestion

Our Founder

Our Founder & CEO Oliver Johnson is a Network Engineer and Neckbeard Gamer. He has 2+ years of Network Engineering experience for one of Australia's largest companies. What he is most proud of is his World of Warcraft - Gladiator achievement in WoD S1 (top 0.5% of the 3v3 arena ladder).

He has completed a Bachelor of Science - School of Information Technology degree from Murdoch University where he did a double major in:

- Internetworking and Security

- Cyber Forensics, Information Security and Management

He is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). His passions are Network Engineering and Gaming. He believes there is a lot more Network Engineering Internet Service Providers (ISPs) can do to improve the gaming experience in Australia. It didn't look like any ISP was going to Network Engineer the lowest and most stable ISP network for Games so he decided to do it himself.
